Pool party policy:
Homeowners in good standing (dues paid, no outstanding covenant
violations) may arrange to host a party at the Sunblest Farms
neighborhood pool under the following conditions:
* A written application must be made to the association board at least
two weeks before the party. Association board will discuss with pool
management company prior to approval.
* Parties may be held before regular pool hours only. (9am to 11am)
* In addition to fees charged by the pool management company
(Pyles charges $20 per hour per guard plus a $20 administrative fee,
1 guard per 25 people), the association will charge a $100 fee, half of
which is refundable. Homeowner pays guard on day of party.
* Party host must restore the pool area to pre-party conditions; SBF
board member will check before approving refund.
* Food and drinks are allowed in screened-in porch area only. (No
glass products).
Additional guests policy:
Have a houseful of relatives coming to town? Four extra "guest" pool
tag passes may be made available to homeowners in good standing
for up to 48 hours of use, upon board approval.
They must be returned to the pool chairwoman within 72 hours.
There is a $25 fee for the use of four tags, with $20 refunded upon the
return of the tags.
Requests for additional tags will be accepted from homeowners only,
and adult homeowners must accompany the guests at all times. If the
pool becomes overcrowded, guests may be asked to leave.
Requests should be submitted by e-mail at least one week before
they are needed.
A total of 20 guest tags will be available on a first-come, first-served
basis. They will be marked as Temporary tags.
Abuse of guest passes could jeopardize the homeowners' pool
privileges.
